Labor Day also brought the first snow of the season to Star Valley! The snow didn't quite reach the valley floor, but the snow line is low on the surrounding mountains. I am sure it will melt, but it does serve to remind us what is soon to come. Tonight there is a 'hard' freeze' warning for the valley, so who knows, tomorrow we may wake to snow on the door step!

First Snow of the Season
Labor Day also brought the first snow of the season to Star Valley! The snow didn't quite reach the valley floor, but the snow line is low on the surrounding mountains. Wyoming is one of the few states I've never visited.

We're havin' a heat wave here in NorCal,so I was a little surprised to hear about snow on Labor Day.
Way to early to be contemplating snow for me.
