A yearly Halloween tradition, in the town of Afton, is the appearance of a Headless Horseman. The ghastly soul roams the city streets amoungst the many trick or treaters, looking for his lost head. This year the ghoul appeared at the fairgrounds!I must mention the horsemen is actually a young lady, and she has been delighting the locals with her marvelous costum and steed for the past couple of years.
